7 Days 100% Refund Guarantee

We offer a 7-day 100% refund guarantee for our services. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 7 days of service commencement, you are eligible for a full refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

7 Days 100% Refund:If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 7 days of the service commencement date, you may request a 100% refund. No questions asked.

Service Dissatisfaction:If you are not satisfied with our services after the initial 7 days but within 30 days of the service commencement date, you may request a refund. Please provide detailed reasons for your dissatisfaction to help us improve our services.

Non-Performance:If Adzdrio fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in the service contract, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the extent of the non-performance.

Service Cancellation: If you decide to cancel the services after the start date, you must provide at least 10 business days’ notice. Refunds for cancellations will be prorated based on the unused portion of the service period.

Non-Eligibility for Refunds

Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for a change of mind after the services have commenced and beyond the initial 7-day period.

Partial Use of Services: Refunds will not be issued for partial use of the services provided by Adzdrio beyond the initial 7-day period.

Failure to Provide Required Information: Refunds will not be issued if the client fails to provide necessary information or approvals required for the delivery of the services.

Evaluation: Upon receiving your refund request, our team will review and evaluate the request based on the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.

Decision: We will notify you of the decision regarding your refund request within 10 business days of receiving your request.

Refund Issuance: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
