  • Technical issues or errors directly caused by our services that were not addressed within a reasonable time frame.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or preference after the service has commenced.
  • Client’s failure to provide necessary information or cooperation required for service delivery.
  • Issues arising from the client's use of third-party services or software.
  • Services delivered as per the agreed specifications and accepted by the client.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7-14 days of the delivery of the service. You will need to provide:

  • Your name and contact information.
  • A detailed description of the issue or reason for the refund request.
  • Any supporting documents or evidence related to your request.

Refund requests can be submitted via email to contact@adzdrio.com. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Processing Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
